SUGGESTED USES

2-Ethylhexyl Acetate is a solvent characterized by a high boiling point, very little water solubility and a slow evaporation rate. Its main uses are in coatings, nitrocellulose lacquers emulsions such as those used for leather. 2-Ethylhexyl Acetate is used in vinyl organosols as a dispersant and as a coalescing agent in latex paints.
