SUGGESTED USES | |
Butyl glycol Acetate contains both ether and ester linkages with a remarkable increase of solvent properties combined with a very slow evaporating rate. It acts as a coalescing agent in PVA latex paints which can be made to coalesce at low temperatures. Its limited solubility in water makes it useful in aqueous emulsion lacquers. | |
